Seen using mobile while driving
A 29-year-old woman was fined £150 last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for using a mobile phone while driving.
Lina Petrosuite, Moyraverty Court, Craigavon, was also given three points and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The court heard that she was seen holding the phone to her right ear while driving on the Moyraverty Road on May 16 this year.
She said she was only on the phone for a short time and was remorseful.
Petrosuite appeared in court and pleaded guilty herself.
