Sent for trial
A 36-year-old man was been returned for trial to Craigavon Crown Court after appearing last Thursday at a preliminary enquiry at the local courthouse
He is Chris Anthony Gorman, Willowfield Crescent, Moyraverty, Craigavon.
The first charge against him alleges that on September 11, 2008, he dishonestly made a false representation that a cheque in the sum of 2,825.31 was a good and valid order to make a gain for himself or cause a loss to someone.

Hide AdHe also faces two similar charges on September 19, 2008, and February 12, 2008, involving sums of 1,856 and 318.
Gorman was returned on his own bail of 750 for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on May 7.
