Sent for trial on drugs charges

A LURGAN man has been sent for trial to Craigavon Crown Court on drugs charges.

Andrew Glass (32), of Bowens Lane, Lurgan, appeared at a preliminary enquiry last Thursday at Craigavon courthouse.

He was charged with cultivating cannabis plants on May 14 last year, possession of cannabis and possession of cannabis with intent to supply.

Glass was returned, on his own bail of 750, for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on April 21.
