Sentence deferred in nuisance calls case
Cookstown woman Josephine Moore 59, from Greenvale Drive was facing several counts of persistently making telephone calls causing needless anxiety between September 9 and December 14 2011.
A defence barrister told East Tyrone Magistrates Court his client had successfully completed a treatment programme and had been making good progress, but had reverted to making the calls again in both July and August this year, and files are to be sent to the PPS on this.
