AS part of the 350th anniversary of First Kilraughts Presbyterian Church a week of Special Evangelistic services has been planned beginning Sunday, September 26 and running through until Sunday, October 3. (No meeting on Saturday).

Services are at 7.30pm and the special speaker is the Rev Albert Baxter.

Mr Baxter grew up in Castlewellan, Co Down and was assistant minister in Ballyclare congregation under the late Rev Harold Allen OBE and has been minister of First Portglenone in the Presbytery of Ballymena for 25 years.

Outside of his clerical duties he has an interesting hobby - driving buses and some people of the Ballymoney area will have enjoyed his services as a guide while on their holidays.

However he will not be travelling unfamiliar reads or loading luggage when he comes to First Kilraughts but will conduct our special services with his usual clarity and passion, seeking to present the claims of scripture and the relevance of it to us in our daily lives.

Services are open to all and all are encourage to come.
