Seventeen new homes for Kells
Planners have approved an amended application by Acorn Homes to build 17 dwellings with associated car parking and landscaping at a site in Kells.
The proposal centres on land adjacent to and south of 23 Parkgate Road and east of Condiere Avenue in the village.
The decision to give it the green light has been welcomed by Councillor Beth Clyde.
