Sexual assault charge withdrawn
A man charged with sexual assault has had the charge against him withdrawn.
Roger Martin Gray (27), whose address was given as Thiepval Barracks, Lisburn, had been charged with committing the offence on December 18. He had also been charged with assaulting a female on December 25. Prosecutor Dylan Cole told Antrim Magistrates Court on Tuesday that both charges were withdrawn.
