The sponsors of this year’s awards were celebrated at a reception at Mossley Mill on October 11, council officers expressed how encouraging it was that the awards received sponsorship from the business community, despite the current economic climate.

Mayor Victor Robinson, who hosted the event, said: “It is important to recognise and thank the sponsors of this year’s business awards, some of whom have had a long association with the event and others who have just come on board this year.

“We hope the sponsors benefit from their association with this prestigious event to celebrate local business success.”

Tickets for the Gala Awards Ceremony are priced at £30 and are available by emailing [email protected] or calling 9034 0052.
