Shots fired in Bogside
TWO men have escaped injury after shots were fired at a house in Londonderry last night.
The incident happened at approximately 11pm when four masked men went to the house at Dove Gardens in the Bogside district.
A number of shots were fired at the door.
Two men were inside the house at the time.
Police were attacked with petrol bombs and other missilies when they arrived to investigate the incident. One officer was injured after when struck with a stone on the leg.
No motive for the shooting has yet been established.
