Shouted abuse at Drumgor Heights

A 21-year-old man was given a suspended prison sentence last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for a disorderly behaviour offence.

Dylan Mulholland, Bann Road, Castlewellan, was sentenced to two months in prison, suspended for 12 months.

The court heard that on June 18 this year at 11pm the defendant was screaming and shouting at people outside Drumgor Heights in Craigavon. When he saw the police he started to run but was caught.

Defence said Mulholland would say he used foul language with the residents but when he saw the police he co-operated. He added there was no drink involved but he had received abuse from people there and shouted back.
