Sir Knights hold annual service
OFFICERS and Sir Knights of Skeogh RBP 1072 held their annual service recently.
Skeogh Flute Band led the short parade to Skeogh Orange Hall where Sir Knights, visiting Sir Knights, district officers, band members and friends were welcomed by Skeogh’s Worshipful Master, Sir Knight Robert Martin.
Sir Knight John Wallace, WM of Waringsford Golden Star RBP 51, sang ‘When I survey the wondrous cross’ and ‘Because He lives’.
Edna Ferguson, organist of Garvaghy Parish Church, presided at the keyboard. Guest preacher was Jim Lawther of Belfast City Mission.
