Six month ban for careless driver
A six month ban was imposed on a 25-year-old man last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
Mateusz Dawid, Parkview Court, Lurgan, was also fined £250 for driving without due care and attention and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The defendant did not appear in court and was convicted on the tendered evidence.
The court heard that on March 30 this year at the Castle Lane car park he was driving quickly and as he went round a pole the rear end of the vehicle went out.
