Anthony Kelley, Avondale Manor, Craigavon, was also fined £250. The court heard that a damage only road traffic accident happened at the junction of High Street and Market Street in Portadown.

Kelley introduced himself to police and it was discovered that the vehicle belonged to his brother. The defendant was not a named driver on the insurance.

Kelley, who pleaded guilty himself, said he thought he was on the insurance.
