SLIDESHOW: Celebration time for Gateway Club

Ballymena Gateway Club is currently celebrating its 40th year and most recently marked the important anniversary with a special dinner for members and supporters.

During the celebrations, Club chairperson Patrina Dalrymple was presented with a cheque for £4,500 by Maurice Millar of Triangle Housing Association which was donated from the Association’s Charitable Giving Committee.

The Club, which is grant aided by the Northern Eastern Education & Library Board, is based at Broughshane Community Centre where it meets on Monday nights on a fortnightly basis from 7.30-9.30pm.

The Club runs from September to May and prior to the summer break-up holds an Open Night and a summer trip.
