Alderman Roy Beggs, Alderman Jack McKee, Dr Benedict Daniel Glover and Mr Noel Rogan were all recognised for their contributions to the local area in the ceremony, which was one of the last acts of Larne Borough Council before it is amalgamated into the new Mid and East Antrim supercouncil on April 1.
