SLIDESHOW: Raising the Woof at Ecos

A fantastic fun day for those with two legs and four attracted a huge turnout on Saturday when the annual Bark in the Park was back at ecos for the seventh year.

Dogs Trust and Ballymena Council joined forces once again to stage the popular annual event for which even the sun came out in support of.

As well as a Fun Dog Show for competitive canines there were free health examinations by local vets, free microchipping, a variety of stalls and refreshments, face painting, a bouncy castle for the youngsters and dog behaviourists to answer canine queries.

Some of the VIPs (very important pooches) from Dogs Trust Ballymena were also in attendance and staff were on hand to offer advice on responsible dog ownership.
