Small Business Awards celebrations for two Carrick firms

Composites specialists IPC Mouldings claimed the title of Manufacturing Business of The Year whilst AC Automation, which provides power generation solutions, won the award for Innovative Business of the Year.

Joanne Liddle, managing director of IPC Mouldings, said: “We are absolutely delighted that we have won the Manufacturer of the Year Award at the First Trust Business Eye Small Business Awards.

“This last year has been a very busy year for the company and although there is no let up in sight, this award goes some way to recognising the hard work and effort we as a team have put in to making us a winning and successful company.”

The awards celebrated Northern Ireland’s top performing businesses with 50 employees or less across 12 different categories.
