Snowball breaks glass

GLASS in the frint door of a house at Hillcrest Gardens, Killyrammer, was broken by a snowball which police say was thrown deliberately.

The incident took place last Friday evening and police are taking the approach given a number of circumstances.

Inspector David Anderson said people should be aware that the snow has now turned to ice and is more likely to cause damage when thrown.

“We are not trying to stop fun, but if people get their property damaged it is not fun and we are duty bound to investigate,” the Inspector added.
