This summer, NCS teams across Northern Ireland delivered 31 social action projects in co-operation with their local communities and a range of organisations. The teams from Ballymena, led by Youthworks CIC, worked alongside the Samaritans in delivering various awareness fundraising activities through their socialaction project, including a family fun day and sponsored walk.

National Citizen Service in Northern Ireland is open to 15-17 year olds. Young people can find out more about NCS and register their interest at www.ncsyes.co.uk
