Social media initiative by Carrick Air Cadets

Carrickfergus Air Cadets have got themselves online and social.

2062 (Carrickfergus) Squadron has set up Facebook and Twitter profiles to keep everyone up-to-date with its latest news.

Cadet David Glass said: “Its a great way to let people know about the great activities we are up to.

“In the next few weeks some of us will be away flying, shooting and representing Northern Ireland on sports trips.

“There is plenty to keep us busy and we hope our new social media pages will encourage more young people to join us.”
