Special service to mark Queen's 90th birthday

The 90th Birthday of Her Majesty The Queen will be marked with a special Service of Thanksgiving in the Church of the Ascension, Annahilt on Sunday 12 June at 3pm.

The music and praise will be led by Baillies Mills Accordion Band.

The church said they feel very privileged that the Mayor and Mayoress will be present and that the special preacher will be the Rt Rev the Lord Eames of Armagh OM, former Archbishop of Armagh & Primate of All Ireland.

Immediately following the Service everyone is invited to bring their own picnic to the Walled Garden in Larchfield Estate, by kind permission of Gavin and Sarah Mackie.

If the weather is wet, they will locate in 
The Barn.

This event will coincide with the Patron’s Lunch taking place on 
The Mall, London that 
day.
