Nathan was a very popular summer assistant in Magheramorne a few years ago and on this occasion brought along Ashleigh, his wife of five months.

Prayers were led by Beth Robinson, Holly Adrain, Jayme McNeil, Sam Nelson and Ellen Robinson while a passage from Matthew, chapter 5 was articulated by Sam Wylie. Lauren Semple eloquently recited ‘Go Light Your World’, while Holly Adrain, Emma Montgomery and Ellen Robinson tunefully rendered ‘I’m Special’.

Rev Bingham, in his announcements, iterated Jamie’s welcome and thanked the children and the CE leaders for leading the worship.

The offering, collected by Mikey Loughridge, Sophie Montgomery, Daniel and Rachel Bingham is to be shared between CE funds and local charity ‘Love for Life’.

Nathan enthralled young and old alike with his talk based on the Matthew 5 passage ‘Salt And Light’.

Accompanist for the service was the church organist, Devina Park, ably assisted by her son Sam on drums.

After the service all enjoyed pancakes and scones with their tea and coffee.
