Spencer Road manfaces sex charge
A 30-year-old Waterside man is to stand trial accused of sex offences.
Lee Martin James Healy, whose address was given as Spencer Road, is charged with sexual assault, common assault and false imprisonment.
He is further charged with criminal damage and breach of a restraining order between May and November 2013.
Healy declined to say anything in answer to the charges or to call any evidence on his own behalf.
It was accepted the 30-year-old had a case to answer.
He was remanded in custody until May 28.
