Sport stars to join men’s health night at Tyrone hairdressing salon

David Graham Hairdressing will play host to a special charity night to be attended by sports stars from local rugby, football and GAA teams.

The night begins at 7pm and will provide music, refreshments and FREE haircuts for gents, in a bid to raise awareness for men’s health issues.

Any donations on the night will go to the ‘Movember’ charity which works tirelessly on issues including prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health.

David (who was recently nominated for NI women’s stylist of the year) spoke positively about the event;

“I am delighted to be able to host a charity event of this nature as a means of raising awareness for men’s health issues. Many of us will know someone who has been affected by cancer or mental health thus, these issues will be close to the hearts of many. On Friday we will be providing free haircuts from 7pm and welcome donations from any attendee, which will then go to the charity.”

David continued; “Obviously we hope to see a great turn out on the night for what promises to be great fun and a great cause. Furthermore, with Christmas only around the corner, many gents will be able to get their hair cut and styled in advance of the festive season. We would encourage any local gent to come along on the night and help make it a night to remember.”
