Sports grants
TWO local horse riders have been awarded £250 each by Larne Council to allow them to compete in a upcoming event in England.
Cherith and Kathryn Wilson received the grant after qualifying for the National Carriage Championships in Essex. The money is part of the local authority’s Supporting Sport small grant scheme.
