St Bride's says fond farewell to Rev Paul Redfern
Parishioners at St Bride's Church of Ireland in Kilbride have said a fond farewell to Rev Paul Redfern and his wife, Betty.
Rev Redfern has decided to retire after serving as Rector at St Bride’s Church for 12-and-a-half years.
After Rev Redfern’s final service on Easter Sunday, the couple were presented with a special cake to mark their retirement.
“Paul and Betty will be greatly missed by all the congregation, who wish them both God’s blessings for a very happy and healthy retirement,” a church spokesperson said.
