The competition was fierce but the group really enjoyed watching all the other entries.

The adjudicator said the group won because it gave 100% vocally, facially and loved the use of props and costumes.

Teacher Miss Phoenix said: “I am so proud of St Colman’s Drama Club, every child made me so proud and we will treasure our trophy in the year ahead and look forward to you challenges’.

Mr McVeigh (principal), Mrs Devlin (vice principal) and all the teachers are delighted with the achievement. All the children are to be awarded with a medal and certificate in a short ceremony and will perform their winning pieces again.
