Staff left shaken after armed robbery at Culcavy shop

At approximately 6.30pm two men, armed with hammers, entered the shop. They went behind the counter and stole the contents from two tills. They then made off in a light blue coloured car in the direction of Halftown Road/Moira Road.

No one was injured during this incident, however staff were left badly shaken.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed this incident or anyone who may have any information to contact detectives at Lisburn on 0845 600 8000.
