Staff raise £1,037 at car wash for Action Cancer

STAFF at Bradley’s Centra, Maghera, have raised a whopping £1,037 for their community partner Action Cancer, to help the local charity educate children in healthier lifestyles.

The fantastic fundraising pot was raised at a charity car wash event and customer donations, and will go towards Action Cancer’s Health Action programme for schools, which is sponsored by Centra and its independent retail partners across Northern Ireland.

Health Action has been designed to educate young people on healthy lifestyles, including exercise, healthy eating and sun safety to reduce their cancer risk in later life.
