Stepping Stones reachestwo award finals

LISBURN Charity Stepping Stones NI has reached the final two of Northern Ireland’s most prestigious awards ceremonies.

Their Business Development Manager Cara Cash has been shortlisted as Best Young Businessperson in the Business Awards and Pink Elephant Cards has been named as a finalist in the ‘Best Business’ category of the Make the Difference Awards.

Chief Officer Paula Jennings commented: “We are all absolutely delighted with this news. Receiving recognition at such prestigious awards is amazing for us and we are all very excited. We are incredibly proud of the services we deliver, but even more so of the young people who access them, the exposure that we will get as a result of these awards will undoubtedly be of benefit to all at Stepping Stones.”

Stepping Stones offers training and employment services to adults with learning disabilities and learning difficulties. Founded in 1998, it employs 24 people across a range of social enterprises and services.
