Stolen lorry and trailers

A TRAILER has been stolen from a parked car while the driver went for a walk.

It was taken between the hours of 7pm and 7.30pm hours at Cabin Wood, Tullwiggan Road, Cookstown. It is approximately 10X8 ft single axle, red in colour, high mesh tailgate which acts as a ramp for a ride on mower to be driven on to it.

Police advised drivers visiting beauty spots to be vigilant and secure their vehicles and if possible not to leave anything on display that might attract thieves.

Police are also seeking information on a Ford Iveco lorry and trailer that were stolen along with Hitachi digger from Letterkenny on 5 April. The lorry has a white cab and a black body.
