Casia Katarsyna Grzech, Church Place, Lurgan, was also given six points.

A defending solicitor said she had lost her job in May and was on Jobseeker’s Allowance but had a job interview coming up.

He explained that her insurance was due for renewal and she asked for some time to stay covered but there was some confusion over exactly what was agreed.

The solicitor said she was stopped two or three days after the insurance had expired. He added that at the time she simply could not afford the premium but she was now covered.
