Storey meets new police chief
North Antrim DUP MLA Mervyn Storey has met with Ballymoney’s new Police Area Commander Sean Fitzpatrick.
Commenting after the meeting Mr. Storey said: “I welcomed the early opportunity to meet with Chief Inspector Fitzpatrick and assure him of our support as he takes up his new post.
“It was useful to raise a number of issues, including, the new station, neighbourhood policing and responce issues in the Ballymoney area. Sometime was also taken to discuss issues following on from the parading season and in particular Rasharkin.
“This was the first of what I intend to be a number of meetings with the PSNI over the next few months.”
