Storey MLA sympathy to roads victim

“The local community has been deeply saddened at the news of the fatality of 94-year-old Mr Robert Robinson,” said Mr Storey.

“He was very well known and respected in the area, having lived at the Drones for all his life.

“He would have often been seen walking on the road that sadly he was to lose his life on. He will be greatly missed, especially to all those who knew him in the local area and with all those associated with Kilraughts Reformed Presbyterian Church,

where he was an elder.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the family circle at this time of loss and also with the person who was in the car involved in the accident.

“These are difficult circumstance for all involved to deal with.”
