They have had to set up their bank from start to finish, from choosing a name, designing a logo, creating a business plan, promoting their bank and launching it.

They will be attending a regional final in Derry in March to compete against a number of schools throughout Northern Ireland.

They have already received sponsorship from a number of local businesses who they would like to thank for their support. They are J-Tech Solutions, Tesco Craigavon, Dominos Pizza, McDonalds Restaurant, Cafe Vibe, Subway and Jolleys Pet Shop.

As one of their goals when setting up their bank, the students have chosen to support local charity DOWNS and PROUD. They are running a raffle with a lot of great prizes which have been donated by local businesses. Tickets are £1 each and are available from the school.

They will also be in Tesco Craigavon on Saturday 7th February doing bag packing to raise funds for the charity.

The students would like to thank Andy White from Tesco Craigavon for supporting them with this as well as all the businesses who have donating prizes for the charity
raffle.
