Study into plan for Hilden Primary re-development

IT has been agreed that Lisburn City Council accedes to the request from Lisburn Buildings Preservation Trust (LBPT) to fund the undertaking of a feasibility study on the redevelopment of the former Hilden Primary School for community and associated use.

The cost will be £12,800 + VAT and subject to agreement from LBPT that the ownership of the study would rest with the Council.

The project is being taken forward on a joint partnership basis with the involvement of the Council and local community.
