Substantial sum raised for group
'˜The Birches Action Rural Network community group and the Birches Cosy Club for older people would like to thank all their friends and neighbours who supported their recent fundraising raffle.
A spokesperson said: “A substantial amount was raised for the furnishing of the new building.”
