Successful Pride of the Park Fun Day
PRIDE of the Park Flute Band Fun Day Committee would like to thank all who helped and supported them as they staged their successful event on July 10.
Those thanked include the following; Mr and Mrs Gary Adams, the Rook’s Nest; Mr Bill Kennedy, Armoy Filling Station; Mr Malachy McCaughan, Mace Armoy; Mr and Mrs James McMullan, Tuck Inn Chip Shop; Harry Douthart, Harry’s Ices+-; Darren Christie Taxis; Dick Barkley of Barkley Haulage; Mrs Valerie Simpson; Mr Lee Simpson; Miss Natasha Stewart.
A spokesperson added: “We would also like to thank all the members of the public who supported the event and all who worked hard to make the day enjoyable for everyone.”
This year the charity donation from the event will see 500 being presented to the ‘Children of Lapland Trust’.
