Successful show for ballet school

THE Lynsey Allen School of Ballet enjoyed a successful end of year show.

“An Enchanted Evening of Dance” was held at the Civic Centre in Craigavon.

The Senoritas was just one of many group and solo performances enjoyed by all and choreographed by Lynsey Allen, principal of the school, who teaches at the Jethro Centre.

This was a classical ballet group with a Spanish twist and teacher, Miss Allen, danced alongside them on the night.

All children enrolled at the school had the opportunity to perform.

Each and every child was awarded an end of year medal and one pupil from each class an endeavour award.

Lynsey is a member of the Professional Teachers of Dancing and recently has been invited to register with the prestigious British Ballet Organization (BBO) which is a leading dance awarding body who examine various genres of dance and is included in the national qualifications framework and recognised by the government body, QCA and the CCEA.
