The Little House of Calm provided some relaxation techniques and making Room Spritzers.

In the kitchen their Bean an Tí Helen was on the griddle demonstrating how to bake soda bread.

There were lots of opportunities for exercise and sport as well with workshops that included Hurling, Gaelic and hip hop classes, which was provided by Craigavon Council.

The grand finale for the week was held at the Bushcraft Centre at Oxford Island. Here the staff, especially Peter, Greg, Stephen and Nicola, provided a first class service of outdoor activities including archery, nature trail, boat trip and games.

A big thanks to Forás na Gaelige, the main funder, for helping to give the local children an opportunity to come together in such a large group to make use of their language in a setting of fun and games.

Many congratulations to all the children, teachers, assistants and volunteers who helped make Campa Samhraidh 2014 another great success.

Go raibh míle maith agaibh.
