Sum of cash found in city centre: Is it yours?

Police have appealed to the owner of a sum of cash found in the city centre to come forward and claim it.

The appeal was posted on the PSNI Lisburn Facebook page on Sunday, October 2.

“On 1st July 2016 a sum of cash was found at an ATM in Bow Street, Lisburn at 2:40pm, which was then handed in to police,” the post said.

“If you are the owner of this cash please contact police on 101 quoting reference CC2016070100698. Please note that proof will be required to show that you withdrew the money on that date and time and what ATM machine was used.”
