Summer timetable arrangements

Translink is advising passengers that they will be operating summer Ulsterbus and Metro timetables during July and August to cater for the passenger numbers travelling during the summer months. These changes will be in operation from July 2nd.

Service 218 will now serve the Causeway Hospital in both directions, while Service 219 will operate to Antrim Hospital. There will be some timetable changes made to services 134, 178 and 172A. There will also be changes to the Goldline Service 234 from Londonderry calling at Coleraine.

Translink will also be promoting a range of value for money fare deals over the summer months to stimulate interest and encourage passengers to use the bus and train particularly as fuel costs remain high. Full details of these will be on our website www.translink.co.uk/Special-Offers.

Special summer features from Translink include working with the National Trust to provide improved links to the new Causeway Centre during July and August from Belfast.

From Sunday 17 June - Saturday 15 September 2012 an enhanced cross border service is operating 28 services per day. This includes the new X2 Dublin Airport Express service which will operate four times a day direct from Belfast to Dublin Airport, with no stops in between destinations.

New timetables will be available from late June from local bus stations or visit www.translink.co.uk or call our contact centre on 028 90 66 66 30.
