Superb art exhibition and sale at Portballintrae

THE second annual Portballintrae Village Art Exhibition and Sale was a masterpiece last weekend - raising more than £1800 towards the purchase of much needed equipment for the Village Hall.

More than 150 paintings and photographs were on sale from artists in and around the Portballintrae area.

There were many well-known artists represented and some that we are sure will become so in the coming years.

A beautiful painting by Portballintrae’s own Suzanne Mortimer, a driving force behind the annual sale, was the raffle prize won by the Fulton family.

The Portballintrae Residents’ Association thanks everyone who came out and made this event such a success.
