Support for children’s charity
Members of Carrickfergus Borough Council have welcomed a proposal for the placement of a NSPCC banner on the local authority’s website.
In a letter outlined at the council’s monthly meeting, the charity provided details of their dedicated helpline which has been set up to deal with the ongoing investigation into child exploitation.
The banner aims to signpost users to the helpline if they have concerns about a child or young person.
