Support session for hearing aid users
Action on Hearing Loss is holding a hearing aid support and information session on Tuesday, November 8 from 10am to 12 noon in Portadown Library.
Volunteers, many of whom are hearing aid users themselves, will be there to provide tips on how to get used to hearing aids, wearing them with confidence and comfort and how to look after them.
There will be information on equipment to help with hearing loss at home, some of which is free from Sensory Support. Hearing checks will also be available on the day.
Home visit can be arranged for housebound hearing aid users.
