Suspected cocaine seizure
Detectives are questioning a 53 year old man in connection with a significant drugs seizure in County Antrim.
Detective Inspector Alan Pyper from Reactive and Organised Crime Branch explains: “Police stopped a vehicle on the Dundrod Road, Nutts Corner at around 9.30pm last night and recovered a large quantity of suspected cocaine from the vehicle.
At this time we put the value of the drugs in the region of about £60,000 however the substance will be subject to forensic testing.
The arrested man remains in police custody at present assisting police with their enquiries.”
