Suspected handgun incident
Detectives in Londonderry are appealing for information following an incident in the Killea Road area this morning, Friday, July 13.
At around 7.30am it was reported that as a woman drove along the Killea Road towards Londonderry a motorcyclist driving in the opposite direction slowed his motorcycle and pointed a suspected handgun in her direction.
The motorcyclist who had a black helmet with a mirrored visor then proceeded along the road in the direction of Co Donegal. The woman was left very shaken by this incident.
Police would ask anyone who was in the area at the time and who may have noticed any suspicious activity or who has any information to contact CID at Strand Road.
