Suspected of having drugs
A 17-YEAR-OLD was arrested on suspicion of possession of a class A Drug in the Clonmeen area on Saturday.
Police attended the area following reports of underage drinking.
On their arrival a number of youths made-off.
A 17-year-old male was detained and a quantity of white powder seized.
The male was arrested on suspicion of possession of a class A drug and later released pending further enquiries.
