Suspected of stealing

The 18-year-olds, both male, were arrested on Saturday following an incident at Minorca Place and released pending report to the Public Prosecution Service.

Previously, a 15-year-old male was arrested on September 7 on suspicion of theft from a business at Minorca Drive. He was also released pending report to the PPS.

Police are investigating reports of domestic burglaries at Shore Road on the morning of September 7, Castlemara Drive on September 8 and two houses in the Craigowen Road area on September 9.

A member of the public also reported disturbing two youths as they attempted to gain entry to a house in the Downshire Gardens area on the evening of September 7. The would-be intruders fled the scene on foot.
