Taking place on Wednesday, November 25, from 3.45pm to 5pm in Legahory Centre, this annual event is always a huge hit for families with plenty of singing, dancing and good cheer to get everyone in the mood – and of course a visit from the big man himself, Santa!

Enjoy a wonderful celebration of the beginning of the festive season with the Christmas DJ playing all your favourite tinsel tunes as well and some great songs everyone can sing along to.

Local Primary Schools will be singing some beautiful, traditional carols that everyone knows and loves to get you all into the festive spirit while Moyraverty Arts and Drama Society (MADS) will be putting on a very special musical performance that will get everyone grooving!

There will also be walkabout characters giving out sweets, balloon modellers making all shapes and sizes of balloons and confetti canons to add to the excitement!

The main event of course will be the arrival of Santa Claus who will make his special appearance in his big red sleigh and will be greeting his ‘fans’ after the Lord Mayor of Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon, Councillor Darryn Causby has switched on the Christmas tree lights!

Councillor Causby said: “I am really looking forward to switching on the Christmas lights in Brownlow which will bring a touch of magical winter sparkle to the centre and kick start the festive season in style! Come along for a great evening of fun-filled entertainment! See you there!”
